Morogoro Vocational Teachers Training College (MVTTC) was established in 1997 by the VET Act No. 1 of 1994 (CAP 82, Revised Edition 2006, 2009, and 2021) under the Morogoro Vocational Teachers Training College Regulations, 1997. MVTTC is registered by the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) as a Technical Institution with Registration number REG/BTP/128 mandated to offer Technical and Vocational Teacher Education programs.
