ICT Training for Executive Assistants

Target Group

Staff who are directly involved in the day to day management of information services, records managers, Personal Secretaries, personal assistants, receptionists, and librarians whose duties include managing records of organizations, corporate information, and writing reports.

Duration:       Three (3) Weeks

Course Objectives

  1. To enhance effectiveness and efficiency in executing administrative and secretarial functions
  2. To provide skills and techniques to the participants on:-
  3. Creation, manipulation, editing and printing documents in various presentation formats
  4. Producing Brochures, Labels, and Manuscripts
  5. Creating and formatting budget spread sheets
  6. Creating diagrams, illustrations, charts, and graphs
  7. Preparing organizational charts

  1. Microcomputer Technology Hardware and Software Systems
  2. Word Processing and Presentation Software Tools
  3. Microsoft Word, Power Point, Graphics, and Publishing Software Tools
  4. Spread Sheets and Database Systems
  5. The Internet Services

Course Fee

  1. TZS 950,000.00 per participant.
  2. The fee covers tuition, hand-outs, session break tea, and lunch for 15 training days
